Report Configuration

This section controls what the final Spark Report looks like and where it gets delivered.

Report Details

• Company Name – Displayed on the report.
• Address – Public-facing address to show.
• Website – Just enter the domain (no http://  needed).
• Report Name – The title of the report.
• Logo URL – Copy the URL of your logo from your website and paste it here.

Report Sections

• Project Summary – AI-generated summary of the call with transcript and audio link.
• Action Items – List of all to-dos pulled from the conversation.
• Project Assessment – Questions and answers (text or images).
• Project Documentation – All images grouped together for quick reference.

Report Appearance

• Primary Color – Main report color (ideally from your logo).
• Accent Color – Secondary color.
• Background Color – Usually white/off-white, default is #f8fafc .

Email Configuration

• Recipients – Add one email per line. Use “+ Add Email Address” for multiples.
• Subject – Up to 200 characters.
• Body – Up to 2000 characters. Custom message appears above the report link.
