Spark Questions

Every Spark must include at least one question in order to be saved. This is where you decide what information NSPECT will collect from the user.

Question Types

• Text Response: The user replies with written information.

  Image Response: The user replies with one or more photos.

  • If multiple images are allowed, the user will send them one at a time and text “done” when finished.

⚡ Smart Handling: If you configure a question to expect an image and the user sends text instead, NSPECT will prompt them to resend the correct type.

Adding Questions

• Add as many questions as needed for your workflow.

  Keep questions short and specific to avoid confusion.

  Remember Sparks can be initiated by:

  • Phone call (voice)
  • SMS text
  • MMS (photo message)
